The Jigger has a rotating crimped wheel to cut the pastry and a baluster shaped stem, with lozenge shaped end to cut shapes in the pastry. These Jiggers were nearly always made in brass, therefore to find a silver example is very rare. The only other silver example we can find is in the Albert Collection Catalogue page 143.
Length: 5.25 inches, 13.13 cm
