A very rare George III Pastry Jigger made most probably in London circa 1780.

The Jigger has a rotating crimped wheel to cut the pastry and a baluster shaped stem, with lozenge shaped end to cut shapes in the pastry.  These Jiggers were nearly always made in brass, therefore to find a silver example is very rare.  The only other silver example we can find is in the Albert Collection Catalogue page 143.
