Designer
Rare and iconic pieces by Japanese designer Sori Yanagi, one of the masters of post-war modernism in Japan, the Elephant stools were notably selected by Charlotte Perriand to furnish the Belles-Challes residence in Les Arcs 1600.
Light and stackable, we love their organic shapes, and we imagine, why not, using them as side tables.
Showcased here in their first edition, this pair of stools is in black fiberglass and stamped in the mass with the designer's and manufacturer's logo.
Manufacturer: Kotobuki, circa 1965
